Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns may be requested within 3 days of delivery, for any reason.

Return shipping

• Damaged, defective, wrong, or not-as-described items: free return shipping — photos or videos of the issue are required.
• All other returns (e.g. change of mind): we will arrange the pickup on your behalf; the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded as store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Exchanges

A free size exchange may be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Return shipping is covered.
