Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges

·       Exchanges accepted within 5 days of delivery

·        Only for sizes.

·        Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags & original packaging

·        One-time exchange per order only

Returns

1.     Returns only accepted for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product on arrival

2.     No returns for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Style preference

3.     Refunds processed as store credit after verification(valid for 1 month)

4.     Return/exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

5.     Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/defect claims

6.     Items showing wear, stains, perfume smell, or alterations will be rejected

7.     No return or exchange on sale items
