Refund policy
Free returns & exchanges within 3 days of delivery, for any reason.
Your options
- Exchange for another size, colour or any She Formal product (subject to stock). If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the rest goes to your store credit.
- Store credit for the amount you paid for the item, after any discounts. Valid for 6 months on anything at sheformal.in.
Change-of-mind returns get store credit only, not cash or a refund to your payment method. This includes Cash on Delivery orders.
How to return or exchange
- Within 3 days of delivery, open Returns & Exchanges (in the menu or at the bottom of any page).
- Enter your order number and email or phone, then choose your items and an exchange or store credit.
- We pick it up for free. Once it reaches us, your exchange ships or your credit is added within 2 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags on and in their original packaging.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email a photo to contact@sheformal.in within 3 days of delivery. You can choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method (by UPI or bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).
